Alaska Hand Rehabilitation is a specialty clinic dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions. Our team provides personalized, evidence-based care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery.

Founded in Anchorage and deeply rooted in the Alaska community, our clinic has been serving patients for decades with a commitment to clinical excellence, education, and compassionate care.

Jean Keckhut

Jean earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from Wayne State University and began her career in hand therapy in North Carolina before joining Alaska Hand Rehabilitation in 2000. She has served as President of the Alaska Occupational Therapy Association, worked with the Hand Therapy Certification Commission, and taught for the UAA/Creighton OTD program. Jean is Graston Trained, certified in prosthetics with Touch Bionics, certified in ergonomics, and is certified in dry needling. Outside of work, she enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Allison Horazdovsky

Allison is a lifelong Alaskan from Homer and a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2017 and joined the AHR team shortly after. She became Graston Trained in 2016 and achieved her Certified Hand Therapist credential in 2020.

When she’s not at work, Allison enjoys fishing, hiking, running, snowboarding, and traveling to warmer destinations in the winter.

Bliss Springer

An Alabama native, Bliss earned her bachelor’s in therapeutic recreation from the University of South Alabama. She moved to Alaska in 2010, beginning her career in behavioral health before earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University. Specializing in upper extremity evaluation and treatment, Bliss combines skill with compassion. She enjoys mountain hikes, fishing, and softball with her daughter. Passionate about helping patients regain function and confidence, she brings dedication to every hand she treats.

Liuslina Sooter

Li earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from Velez College in the Philippines in 1998. Before specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, she worked in acute care, sub-acute rehab, outpatient clinics, and school programs in Arizona and New Mexico. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2011, was Graston Trained in 2014, and earned her Lymphedema Therapy Certification in 2015. She first worked with AHR as a temporary therapist in 2012 before rejoining the team in 2018.

Molly Monro

Molly earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2024. During her studies, she developed a passion for hand therapy, which led her to complete a clinical rotation at AHR. She has since returned as a full-time therapist specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation.

Originally from Homer, Alaska, Molly enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family on the Kenai Peninsula.

Born and raised in Anchorage, Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2012. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Creighton University in 2020.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and being active in all seasons, whether running, hiking, skiing, biking, practicing yoga, swimming, or playing golf.

Kati is a lifelong Alaskan who earned her degree in Health Services Administration from Alaska Pacific University in 2011. She joined the Alaska Hand Rehabilitation team in May 2020, bringing nearly a decade of medical office management experience. In April 2021, she became a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and exploring the Alaskan outdoors with her husband, two sons, and doggos.

Miranda Grosdidier

Miranda was born and raised in Washington State before relocating to Alaska in 2012. She joined the Alaska Hand Rehabilitation team in November 2021, bringing extensive experience in healthcare, with a specialized focus on hand therapy. With a strong background in patient care, Miranda is committed to supporting rehabilitation efforts and enhancing patient outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, hiking, and spending quality time with her three children and partner.

Kassandra Ramirez

Kassandra, born & raised in Anchorage, Alaska, developed a love for the outdoors early on. She studied horticulture in Oregon, deepening her passion for plants and nature. New to the medical field, Kassandra brings a curious & positive attitude to her work in rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys summers in Kenai, working on her cabin and property, while continuing to explore Alaska’s natural beauty & pursue her love of gardening.

Nina Spight

Nina is from & raised in Anchorage, Alaska, & adds warmth, professionalism, & a strong work ethic to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. With experience in both dentistry & chiropractic, she is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Jackson State University & intends to complete her master’s soon after. Nina is passionate about patient care, quality improvement, & she aspires to help oversee innovative, community-centered medical practices. In her spare time, she enjoys music, travel, & discovering new restaurants.

Maggie Dworian

Maggie was born & raised in Anchorage & graduated from the University of Alaska with a BA in Psychology. Their previous experience has been in children’s behavioral health, working with teenagers & young adults. Maggie is new to the Occupational Therapy field & joined AHR in 2025 with the intention of gaining experience & knowledge prior to applying for school. They are passionate about the ways that physical rehabilitation can improve mental well-being. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, skiing, hiking, embroidery & baking treats for family, friends & coworkers.

Our History

Alaska Hand Rehabilitation is a specialty clinic dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions. Our team provides personalized, evidence-based care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery.

Linda Glick graduated from Colorado State University and is a Charter Member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991 and played a pivotal role in developing the occupational therapy department at Providence Hospital during the 1980s.

In 1985, Linda founded Alaska Hand Rehabilitation, establishing the state’s first specialty clinic dedicated to hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. After more than 35 years of leadership and dedication, she retired from Alaska Hand Rehabilitation in December 2020.
